7-COMMANDMENTS OF HUMAN BEHAVIOUR :
1) SPEAK TO PEOPLE:
There is nothing as nice as a few cheerful words of Greeting.
2) SMILE WITH PEOPLE:
It takes 72-muscles to frown & only 14-muscles to SMILE.
3) CALL PEOPLE BY NAME:
The sweetest music to anyone’s ears is ‘the sound of calling one’s own name’.
4) BE FRIENDLY & HELPFUL:
Your behavior with your Subordinates should not only be friendly, but also very helpful by cooperating in all aspects.
5) BE CORDIAL:
Make it a habit, when you speak or act, it should look out, as if anything you speak about, or act upon, is a Real pleasure.
6) BE GENUINELY INTERESTED IN YOUR PEOPLE:
You can like almost everybody, if you sincerely try it.
7) RESPECT OTHERS’ OPINIONS:
There are usually 3-sides to a controversy:
a) Yours’
b) The other fellow’s &
c) The Right one- - - - -
Be seriously thoughtful of the opinion of others.
