LEADING OR BOSSING:
BOSSING is not desired for a favourable working atmosphere.
To improve ‘Productivity & Efficiency’, a Manager has to be a LEADER, to Lead & set
an Example.
Only a Motivated Team can demonstrate a ‘High Degree Work-Maturity’.
A good Manager gives ‘Due Recognition & Time’ to his/her Team-members individually.
A LEADER goes for ‘Coaching & Counseling’ Regularly, so as to make his/her
people ‘Contribute more towards the Group-Task’.
It involves Directing & Coordinating to create & maintain a Group feeling, with a
‘Required level of Motivation.’
It requires to create & maintain an Environment, where People have the ‘maximum
Level of Contribution’ towards a Group-Task.
It also depends upon the ‘Effective Communication’.
Remember ! People want:
1. Recognition,
2. Security,
3. Opportunity,
4. Satisfaction,
5. Money. ( Money comes in the last, while ‘Recognition’ on Top.)
People can’t be Managed. They can be Lead.
So, Be a Leader & Not a Boss !
