 It brings about ‘Goal-oriented Changes’ by fully utilizing the ‘Enterprise-Potential.’
 Entrepreneures need some degree of freedom to pursue their ideas.
 Entrepreneure’s Responsible-Managers mostly try their level best, to improve the Profit-situation of the Organisation.
 To seek the Entrepreneural-Personalities, one should look for ‘Commitment to Systematic-innovation.’
INNOVATION:
 Innovation is applied not only to high tech Companies, but also to low tech -Established Businesses.
 It is the Essence of the Entrepreneureship.
 It is the Specific Activity of the most of the Entrepreneures.
 It is not a matter of sheer luck.
 It requires a Systematic & a Rational work, well organized & managed for Better Results.
 Innovative Persons mostly have ‘Special ideas’ that tend to run, contrary to what is considered ‘Conventional wisdom’.
 Individuals with innovative ideas are not mostly liked by his/her colleagues.
Their Contributions are not even appreciated by them.
 They Expect to be ‘Rewarded for their Efforts.’
