THE ORGANIZING PROCESS:

The Organizing Process consists of the following 07-Steps:

1) Establish the Enterprise-Objectives.

2) Formulate & Support the Objectives, Policies, & Plans.

3) Identify & Classify the ‘Activities to Accomplish’ them.

4) Group together these activities in light of the ‘Available Resources’.

5) Delegate the Authority to ‘Perform the activities in a Better way’.

6) Tie up the Groups together vertically as well as horizontally.

7) Utilise fully the ‘Authority-Relationship’ & keep up the ‘inward-
-Information’ flow.
