ORGANISATIONAL ROLE:
For an Organisational Role to exist & be meaningful to the People, it must incorporate:
 Verifiable objectives, which forms a major part of Planning.

 A clear idea of the major activities involved.

 An understood area of discretion or authority, so that the Person filling the
Role, knows what he or she can do to accomplish goals.

 Provision for supplying the needed information & other tools necessary for Performance in that Role & to make it work Effectively.

 The structure must furnish an environment in which individual-Performance
contributes most to the Group-goals.

 The Organisation must be flexible, giving room for discretion for an advantageous -utilization of the Creative talent.

 The Organisation must focus on the individual working-style with a recognition in
an individual capacity.

 The individual-Efforts in a Group situation must be channelled towards Group
& Organization-goals.

 The attainment of goals must be the reason for any cooperative activity.

 Appreciation of an excellent job done by attractive incentive will further ensure
the continuity of contributing towards the Group-Task, again.
